Download and install the previous version of Sage 50 P11D (v30)

Download and install Sage 50 P11D v30 for the 2024/2025 tax year, for example to access last year's data.

If you need to reinstall the previous version of Sage 50 P11D, follow the steps below.

Download Sage 50 P11D v30

1. Close Sage 50 P11D and all other Sage software you have open on your machine.
2. Click the link below:
   • Download Sage 50 P11D v30 update
3. When the Download complete window appears, click Close.

Install Sage 50 P11D v30

1. Right-click Sage50P11D_30069.exe and select Run as administrator.
2. From the Sage 50 P11D v30 welcome window, click Next.
3. To confirm you accept the licence conditions, select Accept Licence.
4. The installer sets the installation path on your computer for v30 automatically, click Next.
5. You need to set the location of your P11D company data for v30 now:
   • If you store your data on your computer, click Next without making any changes
   • If you use a server, create a new folder for your v30 data on the server, select Browse and browse to it, then select Next
6. Click Next to begin the installation.

When your installation progress appears to be near completion, allow time for the installation to complete.

When the installation is complete you must save any work you have open, and restart your computer.

Restore and upgrade your data

1. Open Sage 50 P11D v30.
2. Enter your serial number and activation key, and click Next.
   
   • If you don't have these to hand, use the find your serial number and activation article
3. Select Create New data, then click Next.
4. Click Next, then Finish.
   
   TIP:

   The default user name is Administrator and there's no password.

5. Restore a backup of your data. The user names and passwords transfer to the new version so you can enter your usual details to log in.
6. To start the upgrade procedure, select Yes, then Next.
7. When the upgrade is complete, select Finish.
8. To start the recalculation, select OK.
9. When the recalculation is complete, select OK.
