'ERROR: Included on VAT Return'

This error occurs if the other payment is on a draft or completed VAT Return.

If the payment is on a draft VAT Return:

1. Delete the VAT Return.
2. Edit the other payment.

If the payment is on a submitted VAT Return

1. Reverse the payment.
2. Re-enter the other payment with the correct details.
