Switch between Standard and Enhanced pay runs
Description

You can switch between Enhanced and Standard pay run at any time.

Payroll retains your choice until you log out. When you log back in, it will default to Standard.

Switch from Standard to Enhanced pay run

You can enable the Enhanced pay run view at any stage of processing the pay run. 

 NOTE: You can only access the Absence window in Standard pay run. 

  1. Select Summary from the menu bar.
  2. Select Process Pay Run on the required pay cycle.
  3. Confirm your Pay Date.
  4. If you don't have any absences to enter, select Switch to Enhanced pay run and select Confirm on the confirmation message.

  5. Otherwise, select Next.
  6. Enter the required absence and select Switch to Enhanced pay run and Confirm.

Switch from Enhanced to Standard pay run 

  1. Select Summary from the menu bar.
  2. Select Process pay run.
  3. At the top right corner, select Switch to standard pay run.

  4. Select Confirm on the confirmation window.
