Adding absence using Enhanced pay run
Description

Once you have enabled Enhanced pay run, you no longer have access to the Absence window.

To gain access, you’ll need to switch back to Standard pay run.

 NOTE: Enabling Enhanced pay run is session based. Once you log out, it will default back to Standard pay run.

How to access Standard pay run

  1. Select Summary from the menu bar.
  2. Select Process pay run.
  3. At the top right corner, select Switch to standard pay run.
    Switch to standard pay run option.
  4. Select Confirm on the confirmation window.
  5. Choose your pay date and select Next.
  6. Enter the required absence and Save.
  7. Select Switch to enhanced pay run if required.
