Bank feed not listed
Description

If your bank isn't available in bank feeds, you can submit a request to add a new bank feed.

There are alternatives available if your bank isn't compatible.

Request a new bank feed

  1. Go to Sole Trader.
  2. Go to Banking
  3. On the bank account tile you want to connect, go to Actions, then Connect to Bank
  4. Type the name of your bank in the search bar.
  5. Select Tell us about it.
    Find your bank area highlighting the Tell us about it button.
  6. Fill in the information and select Submit
  7. The team will attempt to arrange a bank feed connection, but we can't guarantee success.
