| Description | You're creating a new user, or adding Sage Copilot access to an existing user and you see this error:

| Resolution | If you have a single-user licence and this sole login is having the issue, disconnect a company from your Sage account and then reconnect. If you have multiple logins, make sure you're using version 33 or above. From version 33 onwards, the number of Copilot users is based on your licence. For example, a 2-user licence includes 2 Copilot users, while a 3-user licence includes 3 Copilot users.
