When choosing Message type Powered by Copilot, you'll see the following options: Type | Description | Request self-assesment documents | The email requests financial details, including income, expenses and other relevant information, to efficiently prepare the self-assessment tax return, helping to ensure accuracy and avoid any potential penalties for late submission. | Welcome new client | The email welcomes the recipient as a new client, assures them of personalised tax support, and encourages them to contact the team with any questions or concerns. | Confirm payroll and adjustments | The email requests the recipient to review and provide any necessary payroll adjustments, such as bonuses, overtime, or employee status changes, to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. | Invoice payment reminder | The email reminds the recipient of an overdue invoice and requests prompt payment, offering assistance if needed while noting that further action will be taken if the balance remains unpaid. | Account manager update | The email informs the recipient about a new representative assigned to their account, assuring them that the transition will be smooth and that the quality of service will remain high. |
You'll be able to decide how you proceed with these emails by selecting Use this draft, Refine draft or Exit Copilot.
Use this draft - If you're happy with the first draft, select Use this draft.
- Enter in your email Subject.
- Click Preview to view your email followed by Close if you're happy with this.
- Select Send.
NOTE: When your message has been sent, you'll receive a success message to confirm. - Click Return to client record to continue.
Refine draft TIP: You can change the length and tone of the email while choosing which data fields to include. - Select Refine draft.
- Choose Change length drop-down the size you require.
- Choose Change tone drop-down the language style.
- Select any Include data fields.
- Click Suggest new draft.
