What is Sage Copilot?

Sage For Accountant users with Sage Copilot can access Sage Copilot for your practice subscription and all connected clients with Sage Accounting regardless of who's paying for the subscription. It helps you manage your practice and your clients' business more efficiently and effectively. Sage Copilot uses GenAI to provide intelligent, personalised recommendations and insights tailored to your needs.

Ask Copilot

 NOTE: Sage Copilot isn't a general chat model. It can't assist with tasks outside of Sage.

Financial queries: Directly ask financial questions in the chat window, such as "What does profit margin mean?". Sage Copilot offers clear explanations to enhance your understanding of business finances.

Product navigation: Quickly find what you need by typing commands like "Show me invoice 123" into Copilot Chat.

Business enquiries: Get instant answers to crucial business questions, like "How many invoices are overdue?", to stay informed about your financial situation.

Business insights

Actionable insights: Receive automated notifications and valuable information related to Invoices, Quotes, Estimates, Credit notes and Customers.

For example: When processing your Sales Invoices, actionable insights appear.

Select the insight to view the information. This shows in the Ask copilot window. 

Select the button to go to the relevant area of Accounting, where you can act on the insight.

Generative emails

Access this feature when you're sending quotes, estimates or invoices.

 NOTE: You can't send emails using the Ask Copilot window.

Efficient communication: Using GenAI, Sage Copilot assists in creating effective, context-rich emails. This is for sending invoices and reminders saving your time and improving customer communication. 

Decide the tone: You can change the tone of the email, helping you to communicate your message in the appropriate way.

Payment reminder automation

Chase overdue invoices, send automated payment reminders and draft messages to all selected customers using Sage Copilot.
