Configure emails in Client Management
Description

You'll need to configure your email settings so you can use the email or message clients feature in Client Management. 

 NOTE: To access this area, you'll need to be an Administrator or Practice Management role in Client Management.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Select Settings from the toolbar menu.
  2. Followed by Configure emails on the side menu.
  3. Enter your Incoming practice email and Practice footer
  4. Click Save
  5. From the red banner, select Verify now.
  6. Enter the 6-digit Verification code that will be emailed to your practice email account. 
  7. Click Verify.

You'll then receive a green banner with a success message to confirm your email is verified.
