| Configure emails in Client Management |
Description | You'll need to configure your email settings so you can use the email or message clients feature in Client Management. NOTE: To access this area, you'll need to be an Administrator or Practice Management role in Client Management. |
Resolution | - Select Settings from the toolbar menu.
- Followed by Configure emails on the side menu.
- Enter your Incoming practice email and Practice footer.
- Click Save.
- From the red banner, select Verify now.
- Enter the 6-digit Verification code that will be emailed to your practice email account.
- Click Verify.
You'll then receive a green banner with a success message to confirm your email is verified. |
