Your software stores the absence information that you import in the database for your company. You can view the notifications in your software using the options below.
Check an individual employeeEach employee's absence notifications are available to view in their employee record. - Double-click the employee on your employee list.
- Click the Absence tab.
- Click the Notifications button.
You can also access the same information using the Notifications button in the SSP/Parental Leave tab of Enter Payments.
Check multiple employees at onceYou can view notifications for multiple employees using a report. - Select the employees on your employee list to include in the report.
- Click the Reports button.
- Click the Absence category to the left.
- Find and run the Sage HR Absence Notifications report.
