Known Issue: Connected services unexpected errors when connecting to data using a domain name
Description

You may encounter unexpected errors when using connected services if your data path includes a domain name, whether it's a mapped drive or a UNC path.

Find the UNC path for a mapped drive

  1. Hold down the Windows Key and R.
  2. Type CMD and press Enter.
  3. In the CMD window, type net use, then press enter.

A list of all mapped drives appears. The UNC path is in the Remote column.

  • Domain name example: \\sageserver.abc.local\Accounts\2024\Company.000
  • UNC path example: \\sageserver\Accounts\2024\Company.000
