Group customers or suppliers for analysis types to view them in reports like Aged Debtors or Aged Creditors. NOTE: Create the Group Analysis types before adding them, read about Group analysis. Add a Customer or Supplier Group analysis TypeFollow the steps below: - Go to Contacts, then select Customers or suppliers.
- Locate and click into the customer or supplier profile.
- Select the Options tab.
- Select the Pencil Icon in the Analysis Types section.
- Select the drop-down box and choose the Group analysis.
- Select Save.
This will now place them in a specific group for reporting you can adjust at any time.
Add a Product Group analysis- Go to Products and services.
- Select New Item.
- Fill in the details for the product or service.
- In the Additional Information section, select the drop-down box and choose the Product Group.
- Select Save.
Add the Product Group to existing products or services. - Go to Products and services.
- Select the Product or service you wish to add the Group analysis too.
- Select Edit.
- In the Additional Information section, select the drop-down box and choose the Product Group.
- Select Save.
