| Description | When you open Sage 50 Accounts, you see a message like the one below:  This message appears when you access a company from a new location, or work in a clients data in Client Manager, if you're an accountant. The data you're accessing uses connected services at a different location and they're not available at your current location. |
| Resolution | Work without connected services - If you're performing everyday tasks, like entering data or running reports, you can select Working without connected services.
- Check that your version number matches your client's version of the software.
The software will then work as normal and when you log in you'll see Connected Services Offline at the bottom of the software. Remote Data Access (RDA) If you use RDA, this will continue to sync across sites. To check this: - In Sage 50 Accounts, go to Help then About.
- Check the Last Communication at details in the Remote Data Access Information section.
Sage 50 Accounts licence This error can appear when using a Sage 50 Standard licence rather than Client manager. To resolve this, you can reset Remote Data Access. |
