Manage cloud connection: Reconnect using your Sage account
Description

Select the reconnect option to continue using cloud-connected services on the computer where you see the message.

Cloud-connected services include:

  • Bank Feeds
  • Invoice Finance
  • Invoice Payments
  • Satago
  • Customer Account Portal
  • Sage for Accountants
Cause
Resolution
  1. Select Reconnect using your Sage account on the left, and click Continue

  1.  log in to your Sage account
  2. Select Close on the confirmation message.

Now you can continue to use your cloud-connected services as normal.
