Add an employee - Online Bureau
Description

Online Bureau is known as Sage Employee Online Services to your client and their employees.

You can add employees to this portal so that they can access their payslips and P60s. They can also use it to access other documents or timesheets if you use Online Documents and Online Timesheets.

The first time you upload an employee's payslip from Sage 50 Payroll this creates their profile in Online Bureau. They automatically assign to the Payslips service. The employee also receives a welcome email inviting them to your Sage Employee Online Services company.



 NOTE: If you also use Online Documents you can also add the employee to Online Bureau by uploading a document from Sage 50 Payroll. If you use Online Timesheets, you can add them up from within Online Timesheet Settings.
