Produce a P60 for all employees that your clients employ as of 5 April. The deadline to issue the P60 to each employee is 31 May.
You don't need to produce a P60 for any employee who leaves on 4 April or earlier.
Once you send your final submission of the tax year, you can upload your P60s.
You can choose to either publish them straightaway or to schedule a date to publish them.
In the Year End folder of the Reports option, there's a P60 (Apr 2026 (Online) report. You can't use this report to upload P60s.
Instead, follow the steps below to upload your P60s.
If you need a print-out of the summary for your records, select Print Summary.
If some employees are missing, ensure you've enabled Online Documents in their employee records before you upload P60s.
