| Description | This issue occurs when Sage 50 Accounts runs in compatibility mode for Windows 8. NOTE: This can also cause an issue when running your bank reconciliation.

| Resolution | Stop Sage 50 Accounts running in compatibility mode - Close Sage 50 Accounts.
- Right-click Sage 50 Accounts Desktop Icon, then click Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab, then clear the Run this program in compatibility mode for: check box.
TIP: If the check box is already clear, select the check box, and then clear the check box again. - Re-open Sage 50 Accounts.
