If you have employees who need to access P60s from previous tax years, but they aren't showing in Online Services, you can upload one or more P60s for the prior tax year.

We'll show you how to do this below.

To upload P60s for a previous tax year, follow the same steps for uploading P60s but set the required tax year.

For example, to upload a P60 for 2021/2022 you must set the process date to 05/04/2022, select the tax year 2021/2022 and check the Reports date is 05/04/2022.

NOTE: You can only upload P60s from 2017/18 onwards.
