Sage 200 Standard/ Sage for Education: How to access your data prior to cancellation
Description

Once access to the solution has been removed you will no longer be able to obtain a copy of your data/ associated files and we encourage you to take a copy ahead of the cancellation date. This article outlines how you can do this.

Sage 200 Standard/ Sage for Education data can be categorised as data backups and associated files which include attachments and report templates.

You can download backups directly from the system by self-serving. You can see how to do this here.

If you also need to obtain a copy of any file attachments and/or any customised reports to support test migrations, this can be done but only Sage can do this. If you require a copy of these files, you can request if by completing this link.

NOTE: Requests must be submitted to Sage no later than 53 days following deletion date (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Due to the automated nature of site maintenance, we cannot guarantee requests after this date can be fulfilled.
