This product requires a subscription to operate, this includes access to the data, once cancelled, your site (including your data) will be deleted in line with our product terms and conditions available on our legal pages for UK or IRL.

If your product has been set to cancel, you will receive an email outlining the date on which you will lose access.

Your site might be set to cancel due to one of the following reasons:

• Non-payment
• You’ve asked us (via your business partner) to cancel your subscription
  

Ahead of your access being removed, and your data being deleted you may wish to obtain a copy of your data for your records

You may wish to extract your data from the system to fulfil any legal obligations to retain this data, including retaining company data (in any format) and VAT transaction data (in digital format in line with the "Making Tax Digital" regulations).
