How to back up your data- In a web browser navigate to www.sageerponlineservices.com.
- Enter your credentials into the pop up window.
- Enter you credentials to log into the dashboard.
- Once logged in you should see a screen similar to below:
Screen breakdown- Backup – Actions a site back up , this will create a bacpac of all the databases attached to your site.
- Bacpacs – Completed bacpacs will appear here once finished and can be downloaded your local machine via the download icon , if you wish to delete a bacpac which is no longer required you can use the Trash icon .
Individual database backups can be taken and the overnight automated backup can be accessed. - You can action an individual database back up via the floppy disk icon set against the specific database.
- To access your backup once it is complete press the restore icon this will present a list of available back ups to download.

On top of this, 5 manual backup spaces are available these can be used for on demand backups or for moving automated backups in to. You cannot buy more backups but you can download your data to a local drive at any time. Please Note: If you do not see the Trash icon within the on demand section, this is because the backup was part of a site backup, to delete this backup, you will have to click on the 'Restore' option under operations and delete the site backup from the ondemand section here, this will in turn remove each site backup from the ondemand sectionHow can I access my data after downloading it? Once you have downloaded a copy of the data from www.sageerponlineservices.com you can then import the data into Microsoft SQL Management Studio. You will need to consult a Sage 200 Business Partner or IT Professional to assist with this. |
