| Description | If you can't log in to Sage Employee Online Services or you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password.  NOTE: If you use Sage HR Online Services, use this alternative guide on what to do if you have forgotten your password.

| Resolution | - Go to your log in page - www.sagepayrollservices.co.uk
- Click Go in the Employee tile.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter your log in email address and click Continue.
- If you entered the correct email address, you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
