Password reset link doesn't come through - Sage Employee Online Services
Description

You create your initial password for Sage Employee Online Services from your welcome email.

As long as you've set up your access from this welcome email, if you've forgotten your password you can reset it. If your reset email doesn't arrive there are some checks you can make. Keep in mind that your employer may need to contact Sage 50 Payroll support to resolve this issue for you.

NOTE: These steps are for Sage Employee Online Services, which is accessed via www.sagepayrollservices.co.uk. If you're trying to log in to Sage HR Online Services, please use our alternative guide.

Check your junk/spam folder

Your email security may put the reset email into your junk or spam folder.

Ensure email address is on safe senders list

Ensure your email security has the email address [email protected] included on your email provider's safe senders list.

Confirm with employer what email address they used

You should check what email address your employer set you up with. This is to confirm you're requesting the reset password email to go to the correct email address.

Check that your employer hasn't set you up with a different email address or that the email address is spelt or entered incorrectly.

Ensure you've set up your access from your welcome email

You won't be able to reset your password if you never set up your access from your welcome email. Contact your employer so they can resend you a new welcome email, which may have an option for you to create a Sage account. Only your employer can resend this to you.

If you have made these checks, and there are no issues, you must contact the person who processes your payroll. Only they have access to contact Sage 50 Payroll support directly to look into the issue further.
