Confirm with employer what email address they used You should check what email address your employer set you up with. This is to confirm you're requesting the reset password email to go to the correct email address. Check that your employer hasn't set you up with a different email address or that the email address is spelt or entered incorrectly. Ensure you've set up your access from your welcome email You won't be able to reset your password if you never set up your access from your welcome email. Contact your employer so they can resend you a new welcome email, which may have an option for you to create a Sage account. Only your employer can resend this to you. If you have made these checks, and there are no issues, you must contact the person who processes your payroll. Only they have access to contact Sage 50 Payroll support directly to look into the issue further. [BCB:183:Oli Footer CB with feedback:ECB] |
