Check your junk/spam folderIt could be that your email security put the reset email into your junk or spam folder. Please check if it is there.
Ensure email address is on safe senders listMake sure that your email security has the email address [email protected] included on your email provider's safe senders list.
Confirm with employer what email address they usedYou should check what email address your employer set you up with. This is to confirm you're requesting the reset password email to go to the correct email address. Check that your employer hasn't set you up with a different email address or that the email address is spelt or entered incorrectly.
Ensure you've set up your access from your welcome emailYou won't be able to reset your password if you never set up your access from your welcome email. If you need to be resent your welcome email, contact your employer or accountant. Only they can resend it to you.
If you have made these checks, and there are no issues, please contact the person who processes your payroll so they can either delete and re-upload you into Sage Employee Online Services.
