Check their email addressCheck the email address has been entered correctly when you set up the employee. They might expect the welcome email to a different address. - Log in to Sage 50 Payroll.
- Open the relevant employee's record, then click the Analysis tab.
- Delete the email address under the Online Services heading.
- Clear the checkbox beside Enable Documents, then click Save.
Ask your employee to check their junk or spam folder and check their email security doesn't block the email address:
If the email address is correct, you can resend a welcome email to the employee. This is also handy to do if a welcome email has expired.
Delete the employeeIf the issue persists, you can delete the employee from the online portal and then re-upload their payslips. Publishing one or more payslips triggers the sending a new welcome email. [BCB:183:Oli Footer CB with feedback:ECB]
