Check how much to invoice your customer

  1. On the navigation bar click Projects, click the required project record then click Edit.
  2. Click Analysis tab then under Revenue Totals check Outstanding to bill.

The Outstanding to bill value is the Price quoted minus the Total billed.

  • Price quoted - The price you estimate for the project. This is either a quote agreed with your customer, or a value you use as a guideline for your own reference
  • Total billed - The total value of the invoices you enter for this project. This automatically updates when you post a sales invoice with a project reference
  • Outstanding to bill - The software calculates this as the price quoted less the total billed to date
