Link an employee's Sage HR and Sage 50 Payroll records together

If you have an employee that has been manually added in Sage HR Online Services, you may see the message below in their profile.

Cause
Resolution
To resolve this message, and allow employees to be able view their payslips, you must link their Sage HR Online Services profile with their record in Sage 50 Payroll. This is done automatically when you first upload the employee's payslips or upload historical payslips from Sage 50 Payroll, and the email addresses in both profiles are the same.

The 'We can't find (employee name) in Sage 50 Payroll' message disappears, and the employee's payslips can then be viewed from their profile.

 NOTE: You must make sure the email address in both Sage HR Online Services and Sage 50 Payroll are identical (including capitalisations) for the profiles to link. If not, when you upload the employees payslips a separate new profile will be created in Sage HR Online Services with the different email address.
