All customers who are still on Sage Employee Online Services should've received their prompt to move to Sage HR Online Services.

It's easy to complete this move, just follow the simple steps.

 NOTE: If you've more than one company, you need to log in to each one separately and follow the steps below.

TIP: We advise you to have completed the four preparation tasks before you follow these steps. If you've not done the preparation tasks yet, please follow the advice in this guide.

1. When you log in to a company on Sage 50 Payroll that isn't yet on Sage HR Online Services, an update message appears that says It's time to move your Online Services.
   
   To begin the move, click Start.
   
   
   
    NOTE: Not getting this prompt when you log in to a company in Sage 50 Payroll? It could be that company has already moved. It's easy to check whether the company is on Sage Employee Online Services or Sage HR Online Services. If you're still on Sage Employee Online Services, and aren't getting this prompt, then please complete this form.
   
   
2. Log in with the Manager email address for Online Services. 
   
   NOTE: This email address becomes the main administrator in Sage HR Online Services, which has the highest level of access. 
   
   After you log in, your data moves over to Sage HR Online Services. 
   
   This may take a few minutes. Sage 50 Payroll can't be accessed during this process. 
   
   
   
   
3. When a confirmation message appears, click OK.
   
   

It's as simple as that! You're now logged into Sage 50 Payroll as normal, and Sage HR Online Services is ready for you to set up and use for that company.
