After you have moved toSage HR Online Services, there are some differences you'll notice.

Sage HR app
A mobile app is now available for employees to access Sage HR Online Services on their phone. This means they can view their payslips, anytime, anywhere from their mobile phone.
TIP: As well as receiving email notifications when their payslips are uploaded, if they have the Sage HR downloaded they can receive a mobile notification too.
Changes to your login page
The way to log in to your Online Services is now different, but don't worry it's easy to log in.
What does Sage HR Online Services look like?
Once you're logged in, your online payslips portal page will look different. It will look similar to the screenshot below.
NOTE: The options you see may vary depending on whether you're an admin or an employee user, and if you have chosen to subscribe to the optional Sage HR modules too.

When logged in to Sage HR Online Services, this is what the view of payslips and P60s looks like.
When logged into Sage 50 Payroll, there are some subtle differences you should be aware of. After you move to Sage HR Online Services in the Online Services section, it now saysOnline Services Settings,instead ofOnline Documents Settings.

Changes in the way you upload payslips
When you click publish payslips, there is now no longer an additional step to follow. The payslips will either be available in Sage HR Online Services immediately or be available to view in Sage HR Online Services on the date you scheduled for.
Changes to the way you resend welcome emails
A welcome email is sent to an employee the first time you add them to Sage HR Online Services, either when you add them manually or by uploading their payslips for the first time. If required, you can resend a welcome email to an employee at any time from within Sage HR Online Services.
Optional integration with Sage HR modules
In Sage HR Online Services you can now easily add and integrate optional Sage HR modules to help with your day-to-day HR admin tasks. This includes being able to easily onboard or offboard employees, keep track of company assets, manage employees' time off, and so much more.
The Online Documents function you may have used in Sage Employee Online Services is no longer available. However, an alternative and improved online documents function is a key feature in Sage HR's Core HR module. This has a lot more functionality, including the ability for employees to upload documents themselves and for documents to be signed digitally.
