Resend a welcome email to an employee for Sage HR Online Services
Description

When you add an employee to Sage HR Online Services, they receive a welcome email. This invites them to start using the service to view their payslips.

If the welcome email expires or the employee doesn't receive it, you can resend it.

NOTE:

These steps are for Sage HR Online Services. If you use Sage Online Bureau, follow the resend a welcome email to a client's employee article instead.

For help with resending welcome emails, select the relevant option below.

▼ Resend to an individual employee
  1. Log in to Sage HR as an admin user.
  2. From the main menu, select Company.
  3. Click the relevant employee to go to their profile.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Personal settings.
  5. Select Resend welcome email.
    • In some payroll integrations, this option is Resend Sage ID invitation email
  6. Select Save.
▼ Resend to multiple employees
  1. Log in to Sage HR as an admin user.
  2. On the main menu, click Reports.
  3. Click Access logs. Widgets showing your company login statistics appear.​
  4. Click Resend welcome email inside the Never logged in widget.
  5. In the pop-up window that opens, select Send welcome email to all.

Welcome email missing
