You can download and install updates for Sage Accounts Production directly from the software. If updates don’t appear, you can use manual download options.

Check for updates within SAP

1. Open Sage Accounts Production.
2. Click Help then Check Internet for updates.
3. When the Available updates window appears, click Check Now if you don’t see the update.
4. Click Download, then click Install.

    

If updates don’t appear

You may experience one of these issues:

• The Available updates window doesn’t appear when you click Check Internet for updates
• The Check Internet for updates option is missing from the Help menu
• The Available updates window shows no updates
• The download is stuck after clicking Check Now
• One computer updates successfully, but another prompts for the installer location
