| Description | Either the HMRC online service screen is blank, or the window shows as loading for a prolonged period of time. To resolve this, refresh the Launchpad Settings. |
| Resolution | Refresh the Launchpad Settings - Close Sage Accounts and browse to C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts.
NOTE: If you can't see ProgramData, follow our guide to show hidden folders. - Locate and right-click the Launchpadsettings.xml file.
- Click Rename and type LaunchpadSettings.old
- Restart Sage Accounts, then re-open the reconciled VAT Return.
- Submit the VAT Return again.
Issue persists If the issue still occurs, repair your current installation of Sage 50 Accounts. |
