When you open your Sage software for the first time, you're prompted to enter your Serial number, Activation key and Account number.  

You can also find your activation details in your My Sage account and our Find my serial number and activation key tool.

Check your activation details

1. Open Sage 50 Accounts and log in as MANAGER.
2. Go to Help then About.
3. Check the Licence Information section for your:
   •  Account Number
   •  Serial Number
   • Activation Key
