How to register and activate Sage 50 Accounts

Purchased from Sage

You're already registered when you purchase directly from us.

After installing your software, the system prompts you to enter your serial number, activation key and account number. Find these details in your welcome email or invoice.

Purchased elsewhere

If you purchased your software elsewhere, you receive a serial number and a trial activation key for 30 days. After 30 days, register to continue using the software.

The easiest way to do this is to register online.

In Sage 50 Accounts, click Tools, click Activation, then click Upgrade Program.
Click Register my software, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Make a note of your new activation key then close the browser.
In New Key, enter the new activation key, then click Continue.
If prompted, enter your account number, then click Continue.
To complete the registration, click OK.

TIP: You can find your account number on your welcome email or invoice.
