Resolution | Download the report - Click the file name of the report or layout you want to download from the Reports available section below.
- If prompted to save the file, browse to where you want to save the file, then click Save.
Copy the report into Sage 50 Accounts - Browse to and right-click the downloaded file, then click Copy.
- If you're installing the Remittance / Cheque A4 layout, proceed to step 5.
- In Sage Accounts, on the menu bar, select Settings, then select Company Preferences.
- Select the Reporting tab, note if the you've ticked the Use Data Path for Reports check box then click OK.
- On the menu bar select Help, then select About.
- Under Program Details, make a note of the directory path as follows:
If the Use Data Path for Reports check box is selected
| Note the data directory, excluding the Accdata folder. For example, if your data directory is F:\Sage\Accounts\Accdata, make a note of F:\Sage\Accounts | If the Use Data Path for Reports check box isn't selected | Note the settings directory, then add your Sage Accounts version and Company.000. For example, if the settings directory is C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts and you use Sage Accounts v23, the path you need to note is C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\2017\Company.000 | If you're installing the Remittance / Cheque A4 layout | Note the data directory, replacing the Accdata folder with Layouts. For example, if your data directory is F:\Sage\Accounts\Accdata, make a note of F:\Sage\Accounts\Layouts | - Browse to the directory path you noted in step 6.
- If you're installing the Remittance / Cheque A4 layout, proceed to step 11.
- Open the Reports folder, then open the relevant module folder, for example, Customers.
- Open the My Reports folder, for example, My Customer Reports.
- Copy and paste the report file into the required folder.
