If you sell products or services, it's easy to create product records to help track these sales.  

1. Open Products and services then on the menu bar up on the top, select New.
2. Enter the details for the record. For more information on what to enter in all fields on this screen check out our guide.
   
   
   TIP:

3. If required, to enter a product opening balance, in the Details tab, for In Stock press . If prompted to save the record, press Yes, enter the opening balance details then choose Save.
4. Press Save then press Close.
