The steps we recommend you follow: NOTE: This is the person who originally set up your My Sage account at your company. Once sent, the Online Account Administrator must Create new user access in the My Sage account.
- Alternatively, click Log out, and try again using the log in details of a user with online admin rights
TIP: If you're logging is as the online account admin, you may need to use the incognito windows or clear cache and cookies.
