Enter your My Sage Login Email account and click Continue.
Enter your Password and click Log in.
If prompted, click Select for the required company.
Go to the Account tab, then select Account contacts.
If options aren't available or Access is denied appears, your user doesn't have access. Log in with a web admin user to access these options
Select Edit for the relevant contact.
Select Remove or Give access to Can access Financials as required.
You've now specified who can access your account information and who has web admin access on the account.
The system sends an email notification to the user whose access you amended.
TIP:
Changes to these options can take up to 20 minutes to complete. If you can't see the changes in your online account, clear your browser's temporary files.
