- Visit my.sage.co.uk then click Sign in.
- Enter your My Sage Login Email account and click Continue.
- Enter your Password and click Log in.
- If prompted, click Select for the required company.
- Click the Account tab, then click Account contacts.
- For the relevant contact, click Edit and select to Remove or Give access to:

- Can access Financials, e.g. Invoices?
The person you grant or remove access to will receive an email notification. TIP: Changes to these options can take up to 20 minutes to complete. If changes aren't visible, you can Clear cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files. You've now specified who can access your account information and who has web admin access on the account.
