Flag a contact that has left your business in My Sage

NOTE: You must be a Web Admin user to access the Account contacts option in My Sage and to follow the steps below. 

  1. Visit my.sage.co.uk then click Sign in.
  2. Enter your My Sage Login Email and Password and click Log in.
  3. If prompted, click Select for the required company.
  4. Click the Account tab, then click Account contacts.
  5. Next to the relevant contact, click Edit.
  6. Click Remove access to your account. A prompt appears to say if you change the account status, an email will be sent to the account contact. Are you sure you want to change the access?
  7. Click Yes
  8. Select the This contact has left my business check box. 
  9. Click Submit then click Back to your contacts.

The contact moves from the Active contacts list to Contacts who have left your business section. The contact no longer has access to your My Sage account.
