| | Clear cache, cookies, and temporary internet files |  
 | Description |  When troubleshooting, you can clear the cache and cookies on your computer. Here’s how to do it for your web browser.  |  
 | Resolution |  Clearing cookies from a web browser Chrome  - In the address bar, type chrome://settings/clearBrowserData and press Enter.
  - From the Basic and Advanced tabs, select the following: 
 - Browsing history
  - Download history
  - Cookies and other site plug-in data
  - Cached images and files
      - Choose the period of time from the Time range drop-down, or to clear all items, select All time.
  - Select Clear Data.
  - Close and re-open the browser.
    Firefox If you can't see the menu bar in Firefox, press the Alt key on your keyboard.   - Open the History menu and click Clear recent history.
  - From the Time range to clear drop-down, choose the required range or choose Everything.
  - From the Details drop-down, choose the items to clear or select All items.
  - Select Clear now.
  - Close and re-open the browser.
    Microsoft Edge  - In the top right corner of the browser, click the ellipsis 
  icon.  - Select History then click the ellipsis 
  icon in the history tab.  - Select Clear browsing data.
  - Select All time from the drop-down box.
  - Select Clear now.
  - Close all browser windows, then open the browser again.
      Clearing the browsing history in the Control Panel  - Press the Windows button + R, enter inetcpl.cpl, then under browsing history, click Delete
       NOTE: Once you click delete, another window appears. Select all checkboxes before you click delete, then restart your computer.    |
