Before you disconnect Sage 50 Accounts from Microsoft 365

If you disconnect Sage 50 Accounts from Microsoft 365 you will no longer be able to use a number of features and apps. Before disconnecting, you must stop using:

  • Cloud Backup
  • Sage Contact

We recommend syncing your data immediately before disconnecting. To do this:

  1. Log in to Sage 50 Accounts as manager and click Settings, then click Company Preferences.
  2. Click Microsoft 365 , then click Sync now.
To Disconnect Sage 50 Accounts from Microsoft 365
  1. Log in to Sage 50 Accounts as manager and click Settings, then click Company Preferences.
  2. Click Microsoft 365 then click Disconnect and click Yes.

Reconnect Sage 50 Accounts to Microsoft 365
  1. Log in to Sage 50 Accounts as manager and click Settings, then click Company Preferences.
  2. From the Sage Microsoft 365 tab, enter your Microsoft 365 ID and click OK.

    If a message appears advising that another copy of the data is configured to sync, refer to our help guide.

  3. If you use Cloud Backup you may need to configure your settings again. For more information, please refer to our help guide..
