If you're using Sage 50 Accounts, and choose to upload company data to Microsoft 365, the following message may appear:

"Another copy of the data for is already configured to sync with Microsoft 365.
If you continue, the original company will be disconnected and will no longer sync with Microsoft 365.
Do you want to continue?"

Cause
Resolution

This message appears because a copy of this company's data is already connected to, and syncing with, Microsoft 365. What you do next depends upon whether you intended to upload this company.

  • If you're intentionally changing the computer that your Sage 50c Accounts data syncs from and you want to sync your data from this location from now on, you can continue. Click Yes
  • If you didn't know that this company was already syncing with Microsoft 365, or you've chosen this option in error. You should close this window and check with your local Sage 50c Accounts administrator. Click Cancel
