Remove a company from Remote Data Access and upload your data again
Description

On occasions, it may be necessary to remove your company from Remote Data Access and set it up again. For example, if you forget the encryption passphrase or password you set up, or you need to change the data owner. If you aren't comfortable with deleting files you may wish to seek the assistance of your IT Support.

NOTE: If possible, we recommend taking a backup of your data before following these steps.
