Sage Copilot Debt management - Standard
Description

Use Debt management in Sage Copilot to chase your upcoming and overdue customer invoices.

In Sage 50 Accounts Professional, you can also send your customers one off customised emails or automate these based on specific criteria. See our Debt management and Automated Payment Reminders articles for more information.

How to access

  1. Go to Customers and select Sage Copilot.
  2. On the Sage Copilot window, select Debt management in the Debt summary section.

  1. Then click Continue to Debt management on the Debt management with Sage Copilot window, if prompted.

     

This window provides information on the automated feature.

You'll now see the window with your upcoming and overdue customer invoices.

Check how many days invoices are overdue or how many days remain until they're due.

 TIP: Right-click any column heading to add or remove columns.  

Field Description
Total overdue Total of outstanding transactions on the Overdue tab.
Total upcoming Total of outstanding transactions on the Upcoming tab.

Field Description
Overdue up to View invoices by selecting the number of overdue days.

Excel icon.

Export your invoices to Excel.
No Select the number to open the transaction information. 
A/C  Opens the Customer Record.
Outstanding The outstanding amount of that transaction.
Actions 

Select options to:

  • Generate statement
  • Remind me later - create a reminder for a specific date and time 

 TIP: Right-click any column heading to add or remove columns.

Displays any invoices for the next 31 days.

Excel icon.

Export your invoices to Excel.
No Select the number to open the transaction information.
