Email your customer statements with Sage Copilot - Standard
Description

 NOTE: Sage 50 Accounts Professional enables you to email invoices and automate schedules. If you're interested in upgrading, leave your details and we'll be in touch. 

Cause
Resolution

Create the email

  1. Go to Customers and select Sage Copilot.
  2. On the Sage Copilot window, select Debt management in the Debt summary section.

  1. On the Debt management with Sage Copilot window, select the relevant tab.
  2. Select the relevant reminder you wish to email and click Actions.

 TIP: Select all selects each reminder on that tab. 

  1. Click Generate statement. This opens your layouts window.
  2. Double-click the layout you wish to send.
  3. Enter the Transaction Dates on the Criteria Values window, if prompted, then click OK.

 NOTE: If you leave the dates as default, the statement picks up all invoices from the overdue and outstanding tabs for that customer. 

This previews the statement and you can now email or print it.
