Known issue: Software closes after upgrading and converting your data

Summary

We've resolved the issue when Sage 50 Accounts v33.1 closes after upgrading. This happens when you use Remote Data Access (RDA) and Sage Copilot.

Description

This happens when you upgrade Sage 50 Accounts at a computer that didn't upload the data for RDA. The software closes when the data converts after upgrading then enter your Sage account. 

Resolution

NOTE:

We've resolved this issue in v34 and above of Sage 50 Accounts. Download and upgrade to the latest version.

Log in as Manager

  1. Log in to Sage 50 Accounts using the Manager’s Sage account email address on the affected computer.
  2. Any other users can now log in on their computers.

  1. Log into Sage 50 Accounts as Manager without connected services. This allows you to log in with the name Manager and no email address.
  2. Log in as Manager and your password.
  3. Go to Settings, select User Management, then select Users.
  4. Note the email listed against Manager.
