Sage Copilot

Sage Copilot is included in Start, Standard and Plus subscription tiers, your AI-powered assistant, working 24/7 to help you do more with less effort. Sage Copilot identifies mistakes, patterns, and opportunities in your clients data, enabling smarter and faster decision making. 

With Copilot, crafting professional emails with invoices and statements is a breeze. Helping your and your clients to stay ahead, with proactive insights on tax regulations, profitability, overdue payments, and customer activity. 

For Accounting Standard and Plus tiers additional users can be added for £20 per user per month via Client Management. Sage Accounting FAQ’s

What is new across our Sage Accounting plans?

New Start, Standard and Plus subscriptions now include:

We are also introducing Carbon Accounting by Sage Earth and an Outsourced Accounting plan.

You can enable Carbon Accounting by Sage Earth for your clients through User Management

Our Outsourced Accounting plan is built specifically for clients who are managed entirely by you. Designed for practices that operate on a “Do It For Me” basis, it allows you to manage everything within Sage Accounting. You get all the essential features of Sage Accounting, plus Carbon Accounting, while keeping things lean by excluding Copilot, payroll, and HR. It's a focused way to grow your practice, improve efficiency, and deliver high-impact service with confidence.

Save time on admin, just upload or email receipts and invoices, and our AI accurately reads dates, totals and tax amounts automatically, so you don’t have to. Plus, you can snap photos of receipts on the go, ensuring nothing goes missing.

Tap to Pay on mobile 

Available in all tiers with a Stripe account enabled, your clients can offer customers even more flexibility with Apple Pay and Google Pay payment on invoices, as well as credit and debit card options.

Take payments in person, on the go, via their phone, no dedicated POS hardware required. Every payment made via Tap to Pay is automatically matched against the invoice, eliminating all admin so your clients accounts stay up to date in real time.
