Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 200 & Opayo

We’ve been writing to you around the changes being implemented as a result of Opayo becoming a payment product under the Elavon brand.

This means that the URLs in use to send transactions to Opayo are changing, and customers need to upgrade before 31st October 2025.

What versions do customers need to be on?

• Sage 50 customers need to be on v30 or later.
• Sage 200 Professional customers need to upgrade to 2024 R1 or later.
• Sage 200 Standard customers, do not to take any action.
