Sage 50 Accounts, Sage 200 and Opayo

Hi everyone,

Sage pay became Opayo in July 2020, and further work has been ongoing to support Opayo becoming a payment product under the Elavon brand.

Opayo is changing the transaction URLs. Sage 50 v30 and Sage 200 2024 R1 (Professional) include the new URLs, and Sage 200 Standard will update automatically by 2024 R2.

To support customers and allow time to plan in their upgrade, we’ve worked with Opayo and they’ll retain the old URLs until October 31 2025. To continue using the Opayo service with these, Sage 50 or Sage 200 Professional customers will need to update their solution ahead of the deadline.

We’ll be sending in product messages to customers tomorrow to notify them and direct them to their support provider if they have any questions.

NOTE:

Opayo is sending emails about URL changes with deadlines earlier than October 2025. If you use the Sage-provided Opayo integration in Sage 50 or Sage 200, you can ignore these emails because Opayo has confirmed it will support the existing Sage URLs until October 2025.
