Description

Before you import, prepare your data in a Microsoft Excel file (*.xls or *.xlsx) or a Comma-Separated Values file (.csv).

Prepare your import file

There are three ways to do this:

Use the file import templates (Recommended) - These are Excel files in the correct format to import. Use our Import file format rules article
Create a new file - Use our Import file format rules article
Export your data - You can export your current data, amend any fields required, and re-import the data. Use our How do I export data? article for more information
