Manage cloud connection: Work without your Sage account

What to do if you see the Manage cloud connection window in Sage 50 Accounts v30.1 and above.

If you choose not to use cloud-connected services on this computer, they will be disabled, allowing you to work offline.

 NOTE: Choosing to work offline when connected via Remote Data Access prevents that computer from syncing. 

If you see an 'Action required' connected services message when using Client manager, follow our alternative article.

1. Click Work without using your Sage account on the right, and click Continue.

2. Select Close on the confirmation message.

Now you can work as usual, without access to your cloud-connected services.

If you later decide you want to use those services, select the option to reconnect the next time you open the program. 

 NOTE: If you choose to Work without using your Sage account, you will be unable to edit a user.
